Any user seeking to be served on our platforms must be of legal age to enter into a contract, or be represented by their legal guardian.

Fees will be agreed upon based on the type of procedure and specific conditions. Payments can be made in installments or in a series of payments. In the case of installments, a delay of more than 10 days will incur a 2.75% charge on the overdue balance.
Once a service has been contracted and initiated, no refunds will be granted. Prior cancellations may result in partial refunds, subject to administrative costs.
The service is considered initiated upon receipt of the agreed-upon initial payment.
Failure to pay or communicate may result in the suspension or closure of the case file without a refund.
The user will have access to some of the files and the folder being handled in their procedure. Any activity or action that seeks to manipulate, interrupt, copy, or alter the content created or worked on by the assigned agent, without their authorization or instruction, is prohibited. This also includes performing illegal or infringing activities.
We protect your information through a Total Digital Shielding system, designed to prevent unauthorized access, fraud, or manipulation.
EG Legacy Docs, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms. Updates will be published on this page, so we recommend that you always be aware of notifications.
This site is governed by the laws of the state of California, USA.
The Websites and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, error, omission, denial of procedure, or any other negative consequence resulting from false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the User. The User agrees to keep all provided information up to date and to notify The Company of any relevant changes.
These Terms and Conditions will become effective on the date of their acceptance by the User and will remain in full force and effect as long as the User maintains an active account or uses the Company’s Services.
The Company may suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Websites and/or Services, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, non-payment, prolonged account inactivity, or for any other reason that The Company deems appropriate at its sole discretion. Failure to pay or communicate may result in the suspension or closure of the case file without a refund.
All Content present on the Websites, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content, is the exclusive property of EG Legacy Docs, LLC or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

If, due to a fortuitous event or force majeure, the fulfillment of the service is extraordinarily delayed or prevented, the contract may be terminated, with each party bearing the losses and damages caused by the termination, without implying liability for the party affected by the event.
The User may not assign or transfer any of their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of EG Legacy Docs, LLC. Any attempted assignment or transfer without such consent will be null and void.
EG Legacy Docs, LLC reserves the right to assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any third party at any time and without prior notice to the User.
All notifications or communications required or permitted under these Terms and Conditions shall be considered validly made if sent by email to the address provided by the User in their user account, instant messaging used by our platforms, or if prominently posted on the Websites. Email notifications shall be considered received at the time they are sent. Notifications posted on the Websites shall be considered received at the time of their publication.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and recognizing that the electronic contract is a distance contract where consent is perfected with the acceptance of the conditions, the Parties agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall initially be sought to be resolved through good faith negotiation.
In the event that the Parties fail to reach an amicable resolution, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Merced, California, USA. The Parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
